Before becoming vegan, I made a delicious banana pudding. Whenever we had a family function, and any time I was invited to any type of gathering that required bringing food my banana pudding was requested. I usually made it at Thanksgiving and Christmas, so I knew I needed to do a recipe transformation to make it for Thanksgiving this year.
