I have ALWAYS loved barbecue chicken pizza. B.V. (before vegan), it was one of my absolute favorite meals. In a quest to find an organic, vegan, non-GMO version, I ended up creating my own recipe. I am sooooo glad I did! Some of my favorite fresh ingredients are red onions, avocado, and kale. Not only do they all have amazing health benefits, they taste delicious as well. I knew I had to incorporate all of them into my pizza recipe. I have been so impressed with the Tofurky Slow Roasted Chick'n, that I have used it in other recipes. However, this is the first time that I have tried the Tofurky Barbecue Slow Roasted Chick'n. It definitely does not disappoint! The flavor is phenomenal! Add in a little Daiya Mozzarella Style Shreds, and you have yourself the perfect barbecue chick'n pizza! Create this savory, light, nutritious, and tasty pizza using only seven ingredients!
