When I think of the perfect salad, it has crisp lettuce, a variety of organic, fresh fruit, a tender, lightly seasoned, chicken substitute, almonds, and a sweet and zesty dressing to top if off. This fruit medley salad provides all of that, and it's the perfect refresher on a hot day!

A fruit medley salad is fun and simple to make. You can incorporate all your favorite fruits into your recipe. If you have kids, they can help make the salad as well. It's a healthy, fun family meal, and the possibilities are endless!

This light, refreshing, tasty salad only takes seven ingredients to make!

Ingredients
  • 1 (8 oz) package of Tofurky Slow Roasted Chick'n
  • 1 cup organic fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup organic fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup organic fresh blackberries
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers
  • 1 (10 oz) bag of organic romaine salad
  • 6 tbsps Strawberry Balsamic Dressing

Instructions   
  1. Prepare Chick'n as stated on the package. Pour into bowl. Let cool. 
  2. Add lettuce to large bowl.
  3. Distribute strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries atop lettuce.
  4. Add Chick'n.
  5. Sprinkle in almond slivers.
  6. Top with Strawberry Balsamic Dressing.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
