Before becoming vegan, Godiva chocolates were one of my favorite treats. My husband would frequently surprise me with a box of assorted chocolates or truffles, and I was very happy to receive them. I still enjoy chocolates today, so I decided on a whim to make my own.

Although images of the finished product look a little complex, this recipe is quick and simple. In fact, you can customize and add your own mix-ins to make it work for you. With only three ingredients, you'll have amazing chocolates in no time at all!

Smooth, creamy, rich chocolates. And...only three ingredients!

Ingredients
  • 1 10 oz bag of chocolates. I used this brand.
  • 1/4 cup organic walnuts
  • 2 tbsp organic unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 candy mold for chocolates. 

Instructions   
  1. Melt chocolates in a bowl in microwave for one minute. Heat at 30 second intervals until melted.
  2. Stir chocolate until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon chocolate evenly into candy mold. Shake to even out chocolate and get rid of air bubbles in the chocolate.
  4. Sprinkle coconut on some or all of your chocolates.
  5. Add walnuts to some or all of your chocolates.
  6. Place in freezer for 15 minutes. 
  7. Remove mold from freezer and remove chocolates. 
  8. Serve. Refrigerate remaining chocolates.

What brand of chocolate did you use? You mentioned that you used "this brand" however there is no information or photo of the particular brand you used.
