I really like great burritos, tacos, and nachos. I also enjoy pizza! So, I combined some of my favorite ingredients from these dishes and came up with this tasty pizza recipe. This recipe is very filling and packed with loads of flavor.

When I make a pizza, I usually try to incorporate kale, spinach, or avocado into the recipe. They both have amazing health benefits. Kale is high in fiber, vitamins, and minerals, and it's also been show to help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Avocados are high in fiber, contain more potassium than bananas, and they are good for your bones, skin, and heart.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Beyond Beef Beefy Crumble
  • 1 Organic whole wheat thin & crispy pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup organic pizza sauce
  • 1/2 cup Daiya cheddar style shreds
  • 1/4 cup organic spicy black beans
  • 1/3 cup organic sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced organic avocado
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup red onion

Instructions   
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 
  2. Prepare beefy crumbles and set aside.
  3. Spread pizza sauce over crust, and sprinkle crumbles and cheese over sauce.
  4. Spread red onion and corn evenly over cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and add black beans, spinach, black olives, and top with sliced avocado.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
