I absolutely love chicken salad. It's a nice, light, springtime kind of meal! I was racking my brain trying to figure out what to use for the "chicken" part of the salad so I headed to Whole Foods to see what I could find. I ran across an interesting item that I had never tried before, so I decided to give it a try. You know how you ask someone how something tastes, and they say, "It tastes like chicken?"
