Whenever I have a craving for something sweet, I grab dark chocolate almost 100% of the time. This recipe combines the bold flavor of dark chocolate with the richness of creamy peanut butter and almond butter. It's decadent and good for you as well!
For this recipe, I used Scharffen Berger 70% Bittersweet Baking Chocolate, but you can you choose what works for you. 70% dark chocolate, in moderation, has several amazing health benefits including: lowering the risk factors for heart disease, reduced risk of diabetes, stroke, and heart attack, and lower blood pressure. Those are outstanding reasons, but I like it because it has a really rich taste as well.
