Roasted Veggie Sriracha Pizza

I don't know about you, but I love hot and spicy food. Pizza is also one of my favorite dishes, so I decided to get the best of both worlds by creating this amazing pizza recipe.

I chose organic steamed broccoli, organic red, green, and yellow peppers, organic red onions, and baby bella mushrooms for my toppings. This is a nutrient filled and vitamin packed combination of some of my favorite fresh, healthy ingredients.

Create a deliciously bold, spicy, flavorful, and filling pizza using only 10 ingredients!

Ingredients
  • 1 Organic Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust
  • 2 tbsps organic pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup organic red onions
  • 1/4 cup baby bella mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Daiya Mozzarella Style Shreds
  • 1/4 cup organic steamed broccoli
  • 1/2 cup organic red, yellow, and green peppers
  • 2 tbsps sriracha hot sauce

Instructions   
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Spread pizza sauce evenly on crust.
  3. Sprinkle cheese atop sauce.
  4. Distribute veggies evenly.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Remove pizza from oven and drizzle with sriracha hot sauce.
  7. Serve and enjoy! Refrigerate remaining pizza.
