Kale is loaded with vitamins and minerals and considered to be one of the world's healthiest foods. It's also high in fiber and heart healthy. I had some steamed kale leftover, so I decided to use it as one of the ingredients in my tacos. The taste was excellent, especially when I combined it with spelt tortillas and wild rice. I will be making this recipe again very soon because it is inexpensive, delicious, and very healthy.
