Who doesn't love a flavorful, cheesy, tasty pizza with a nice crust? I know I do! This version is delicious, uses all organic ingredients, and it is totally dairy-free! The mini pizza is a perfect snack, and it's just the right size for kids' hands as well. The great thing about it is you can incorporate your favorite ingredients and customize a pizza of your very own!

The best dairy-free cheese that I have tried by far is Daiya cheese. It melts and stretches like regular cheese. It's a great addition to many recipes, and it is perfect on a pizza. It is also gluten-free and soy-free. I also love it on nachos, and I will be sharing that recipe soon!

This recipe is simple, savory, cheesy,
and only uses three ingredients!

Ingredients
  • 8 Organic multi-grain flax English muffins
  • 1 14 oz jar of organic pizza Sauce
  • 1 Package of Daiya Mozzarella-style shreds

Instructions   
  1. Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400.
  2. Open muffins, and brown for 5 minutes atop cookie sheet or in toaster oven.
  3. Remove from heat and spread two tablespoons of tomato sauce atop each muffin.
  4. Sprinkle muffins with Daiya cheese.
  5. Return muffins to heat for 5 additional minutes to allow cheese to melt.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
